I'm trying to do the paleo diet. No carbs.

I love meat and vegetables. If I did a diet, I would do Paleo, except they have no cheese, which is very upsetting. I'm going to start my own Chrissy diet that's like Paleo plus cheese. Plus late Saturday night drive-through.
My personal trainer suggested paleo to build muscle while staying lean, and it's one of the first plans that's worked for me.
I stay away from big chunks of carbs and try to keep it lean, even when I'm competing.
If you're going to choose to do something like the Paleo Diet, then you choose not to enjoy your nights out.
I'm gluten intolerant, so that automatically cuts carbs from my diet.
Any kind of advice that I've been given to cut out carbs forever, don't do it. It just doesn't work. You do okay for a while and then you just overcarb.
I eat egg whites a lot. Aside from that, I eat everything. I try to avoid too much oily food, but I do eat carbs. I have to have a balanced diet.

Unfortunately, diet is 75 or 80 percent of trying to get in shape, so you do have to try to cut the carbs. The diet's a huge part! I'm from Kansas, so I love ranch dressing and McDonald's. When I'm working, I have to stay away from all that!
